Standing/Growing Up

At Eamonn's age, Finn could get himself to standing and stand, not holding onto anything and totally unassisted, for quite some time. He was also starting to try and take steps. He didn't seem like a baby anymore. Eamonn hasn't moved that quickly, thank goodness. Maybe he knows that I'm already struggling with the fact that I don't feel like I've had the chance to really breathe in his babyhood. But starting a couple of days ago, he's begun doing this adorable and hilarious move--getting up on his knees, in the crawling position, and then slowly standing one leg up under him, and, as of this morning, the other leg, so that both legs are up but his hands are still on the ground, bottom in the air. He just can't wait to take off and follow his brother. I hope he waits a little longer.

Yes, we do own clothes for our children. Don't judge.

We called it downward facing dog with A :)

Those boys are so sweet (clothes or no) and are growing so fast. I don't need to tell you that having two walkers is only a short time away! It's about to get even more interesting :)

Teagan, thanks. I'm not sure I can handle much more "interesting":):)

Believe me, I know! We went to the Discovery Center last week...2 kids and no stroller! It was terrifying, but we all survived :)
